Occupational Therapists work with resident needs for independence
as they go about their activities of daily living. Occupational
Therapy assists the resident in becoming as independent as possible
with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting and functional
mobility. Adapting the environment and or teaching the use of specialized
equipment maybe be necessary to do this.
