Monthly Birthday Party - Each Month there is a Community Wide celebration of Elder Birthdays. Elders, families and staff all celebrate with cake and ice cream.

Summer Jamboree - Sanctuary at McAuley knows how to throw a party and this is some party. Each year in the summer, our Jamboree brings Elders, daughters, sons, grandchildren, staff and the community together for one big tent time of fun.

Thanksgiving Pie Social - This is a time for reflection and giving thanks for every thing we have been entrusted. We celebrate with our Elders and family with this time of pie, ice cream and lots of fellowship the Thursday before Thanksgiving.

Christmas Party - Children all have fond memories of Christmas Past. We open the doors of Sanctuary at McAuley for the Elders and their family to ‘come to grandma’s house for Christmas’ as we CELEBRATE the Birth of Christ with all the traditions we have grown to love.

Memorial Service - In life there is death, and in death there are strong emotions that each of us feel. The time we went fishing with grandpa, grandma’s old-fashioned apple pie, Mom’s love of quilting and Dads practical jokes. Our Quarterly memorial service is a CELEBRATION of those who have gone before us as we memorialize their footprints here on earth.

Church Service - There are several denominational church services weekly for elders to attend and exercise their strong cultural and spiritual beliefs.

Catholic Mass - Traditional Mass is Celebrated at Sanctuary at McAuley weekly with our Pastoral Care Priest providing the sacraments to those of the Catholic Belief. Also, the Sacrament of the Sick can be provided to those Elders who wish this special blessing.
